systems. Originated and based in Orlando, GSI has been serving
Florida and the Caribbean since 1975.

Robert L. “Bob”
Wallace: (President)
Bob began his career in the electric sign industry with his
father’s company Wallace Neon Manufacturing, in Orlando,
after graduating from Florida Southern College in 1960. The
business was closed in 1970, at which time Bob joined Melweb
Signs (since purchased by Federal Sign.). By this time he
had earned an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business
at Rollins College. Attracted to the architectural side of
the business, he left Melweb Signs to open Graphic Systems,
Inc. in 1975. Bob has served as president of the Florida Sign
Association after 8 years as a director. Beginning in January
2003, Bob began his term as Chairman of the International
Sign Association. He has served on the Executive Committee
since 1996. He was a delegate to ANSI A-117 Accredited Standards
Committee in Washington D.C.. Bob is state certified under
the Department of Business and Professional Regulation Board
of Electrical Contractors.
Beverly B. Wallace: (Executive
Vice President)
Beverly graduated from Setson University with a B.A. in Education.
She began working at Graphic Systems in 1975 and has continued
in sales, administrative assistance, and overall support since
then. Utilizing her comprehensive knowledge of GSI’s
customer base and product lines, Beverly specializes in project
management of house accounts, as well as the development of
new business.
John W. Craig: (Vice President)
As a graduate of Florida State University, and attaining his
MBA from Crummer School of Business, Rollins College, John
began his career with Bill Wallace Neon, and proceeded to
Melweb Signs, Inc. where he worked for 17 years. John was
appointed President of Melweb Signs, Inc., which is the position
he held until 1987 when joining Graphic Systems, Inc. John
served as president of the Florida Sign Association in 1979,
and has been active on various sign industry boards. His in-
house responsibilities include production and operations management,
and sales. John is state certified under the Department of
Business and Professional Regulation Board of Electrical Contractors.
Robert J. “Bob”
Galler: (Vice President, Design)
Bob is a graduate of The Art and Design Institute of New York.
He has been in the sign industry since 1955, including serving
as the Director of Design for Melweb Signs, Inc. He has been
involved in all aspects of manufacturing including design,
project management and analysis, and quality control. At Graphic
Systems he is involved in virtually every job as it relates
to design content.
